Refund policy

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the artwork is in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

We will provide you with a return shipping label to download and print, along with instructions on where to send your package. If you cannot access a printer, we can mail the label to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within one business day. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
