Shipping policy

After you make the payment, we will receive the order confirmation email. Please note that we process orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer Free Shipping for all Original Artworks to all destinations.

Prints are fulfilled by a third party, CreativeHub, and shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

We offer returns within 14 days after delivery, provided the artwork is in its original condition. You will receive a full refund for the return. See our Return and Refund Policy.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, kindly contact us promptly at info@rhiajanta-cooper.art with a photo of the damaged item. You will be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
